Founded as a blog in 2008, the company grew into Australia's largest and most visited website for form guides, tips and general horse racing news, reaching over 2M Australian horse racing fans monthly. News Corp Australia is Australia’s largest publisher with brands including The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, Courier Mail, The Advertiser, The Mercury, News.com.au & The Australian. The acquisition will provide more marketing support for Punters.com.au, while the team there will provide News Corp Australia with website and technology assistance. Punters.com.au will continue to operate as a separate entity in its existing Melbourne headquarters, with the full stable of staff to be retained.
