Greetings, readers and fellow bloggers! I am Marshall Warwaruk, Vice President and deal guy at the Corum Group. I have lots a grey hair that attests to my 40 plus years of experience in the software and IT services industry. Many of those years were as a senior executive at the COO/CEO level and later in corporate development with large technology companies.
