Brandon joined Corum as Vice President following a 30-year executive career across public companies, venture-backed enterprises and global telecommunications. He brings deep expertise in Technology M&A execution and corporate development, with a proven track record of scaling platforms and delivering successful liquidity events. He began his career at IBM, where he architected global network and systems infrastructure. He then pioneered a national “Smart Building” telecommunications carrier, scaling it to 650 employees and $1 billion in market capitalization through an IPO. Subsequently, as head of Corporate Development for a public company, he originated acquisition-driven growth initiatives—including the creation of a dynamic broadband satellite maritime platform—that culminated in a private equity exit. Most recently, as CEO of a global sports technology company, he drove a 4x increase in enterprise value within 12 months, leading to a successful public market exit.
