Mike Konstantinidis

Mike Konstantinidis is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience scaling international software and technology businesses, with deep expertise in digital transformation, AI-driven analytics and cross-border expansion.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Metis Cyberspace Technology, Mike built a globally recognized AI maritime analytics company, positioning it at the forefront of digital vessel performance. The company was ranked among the top AI solutions impacting the maritime sector worldwide, and Mike successfully led it through a strategic M&A process, exiting following its acquisition.

Previously, Mike served as Managing Director at ZeroNorth, where he led vessel optimization initiatives across Southern Europe, the Middle East and Switzerland, leveraging IoT data to drive operational efficiency and sustainability in global shipping. Prior to this role, Mike served as Director of International Development and a member of the Executive Committee at SingularLogic, a leading ERP, CRM, retail and banking software vendor and systems integrator. In this capacity, Mike led international expansion across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, overseeing multi-country operations and driving significant revenue growth and market share gains.

Mike also served as CEO of DSMS (Digital Signage Management Systems), where he led the company through a full M&A process, culminating in its sale to new shareholders. He is recognized as one of Lloyd’s List Top 10 Technology Leaders for advancing AI adoption in maritime operations and has extensive M&A and transaction experience, including leading restructuring initiatives and executing successful exits.
