Ryan Ringstad

Ryan Ringstad is an Associate with Corum Group, where he supports technology founders and senior advisors throughout the merger and acquisition process. He works closely with Corum’s deal teams to help clients understand market dynamics, prepare for transactions and evaluate strategic options at key decision points.

Prior to joining Corum, Ryan worked as an aerospace engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he focused on technology implementation for next‑generation manufacturing and production systems. His experience included work across PDM/PLM, MES, ERP, Digital Twin and Smart Factory initiatives, supporting the modernization of complex, large‑scale operational environments.

Ryan brings a structured, analytical approach to his role, with a strong ability to translate complex technical systems into clear insights that support informed decision‑making. He is valued for his attention to detail, systems‑level thinking and disciplined approach to supporting founders through complex processes. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Materials (Plastics) Engineering from Western Washington University.
