Tower Concepts Inc. is a New York-based company that provides Configuration Management and Problem Tracking software products to the PC and UNIX markets. Corum Group advised Tower Concepts on its sale to Visible Systems Corp. The goal of the combination is to broaden the tools available from Visible to now also include enterprise-class, industrial-strength CM/PT tools.
Corum helped change my life. They diligently worked on our behalf throughout all phases of the sales process. They came up with creative and effective approaches during our final negotiations with the buyer which made the whole transaction possible. We could never have found (much less closed) the deal without their help and guidance.
