Seattle-based TalentSpring, a semantic-search software developer that helps job recruiters better match candidates to open positions, has been acquired by Richmond, B.C based recruitment and hiring software company Talent Technology, a leading provider of recruiting solutions for corporations, staffing firms, HR software vendors and job boards. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
