Utah- based Equis is a vendor of technical analysis software aimed at individual investors. Corum Group advised Equis on its sale to Reuters.

Reuters plans to integrate the Equis product line -- including the vendor's Downloader and Metastock software products -- with the products of Reuters' Reality Online Inc. subsidiary.
