Mediware, backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, combined the Fastrack business with its existing Alternate Care Solutions business line. Mediware has operated in the HME, home infusion therapy and home health nursing software sector by building a portfolio of homecare solutions through acquisitions that began in 2008.
