Integrated Solutions Group, Inc., parent company of Professional Data Services, Inc., has acquired Data Strategies, Inc. out of Poway, Calif. The acquisition will significantly grow the company’s foothold in the electronic health records (EHR) industry and position it as a national player within the ambulatory medical practice community. 

Integrated Solutions Group, Inc. will now offer MDsuite, a complete ambulatory EHR and ONC Meaningful Use Stage 1 – soon to be Stage 2 – Certified software suite. MDsuite includes revenue cycle management capabilities in addition to practice management and electronic health records.
