Dexton Information Systems is a supplier of Web-based customer relationship management solutions. Corum Group advised Dexton on their sale to Infinium, a provider of enterprise business solutions and services that enable the virtual enterprise.

With the acquisition, Infinium enhances its enterprise business solutions and application service provider offerings by providing its customers with an end-to-end solution that tightly integrates a strategic, highly-sophisticated and customizable front-office CRM solution with Infinium's financial, HR, supply management, process manufacturing and BI solutions, as well as other applications.
