About the transaction
EPSIIA Corporation, formerly known as PSI Technologies Corporation, has been a provider of products and solutions to the storage and retrieval industry since 1982. Corum Group advised EPSIIA on its sale to Fiserv, a provider of integrated data processing and information management systems to the financial industry.
We were very impressed with Corum's ability to quickly understand who we are, what we do and how it all related to our industry. Because of this, we were able to narrow options down based on what made the best strategic sense despite some very challenging elements of complexity.
