MSE- Integrated Systems, Inc. is the international information technology subsidiary of the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX). It provides technology and services to global capital markets. Corum Group represented CHX on the sale of 81% of it subsidiary, MSE, to DST Systems, the largest shareholder recordkeeping and service provider to the U.S. mutual fund industry.
