ALSO Holding AG has concluded a purchase contract for the acquisition of Nervogrid Oy, Helsinki, Finland. The company is active in the cloud computing sector and is specialized in the development of Cloud Brokerage Enablement platforms.

The core element, the web-based Cloud Control Panel as a Service technology, enables customers and partners of ALSO to offer various IT services, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), autonomously and in simple steps.
