Tony is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned executive with over two decades of experience building and scaling software companies to successful exits. He founded and led three high-growth SaaS ventures: Bridge Energy Group (acquired by Accenture), Azurn (IPO and acquisition) and Maxsol/Cogentric (acquired by RSA Security)—each achieving strong revenue growth and market impact. His strategic leadership has consistently delivered investor returns, operational scale and successful outcomes across diverse markets.
Tony has led M&A strategy across private equity, venture-backed and public market contexts, with deep expertise in cross-border transactions and post-merger integration. As an executive at Salesforce, he led the Industry Cloud and agentic AI practice, driving new revenue streams and supporting acquisition-led growth. At TD Bank, he implemented technology infrastructure that accelerated the acquisition of new banks and streamlined post-deal execution.
A tech-savvy CEO with a builder’s mindset, Tony holds five U.S. patents and is a frequent keynote speaker on AI, enterprise innovation and strategic M&A. He was honored with the 100 Global CIO/CEO Award for leadership and impact in technology, and serves as an emeritus board member of the U.S. Department of Energy’s GWAC Council.
Tony earned his BE in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, MS in Computer Engineering (AI focus) from the University of Massachusetts, and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
