Sathya has had a successful 30+ year career in the software industry globally. Early in his career, he was a top 1% performer at IBM before embarking on his journey as an entrepreneur and building several startups & SMBs in leadership roles.

Additionally, he founded an advisory firm with a focus on the Software and IT Services sectors, where he advised on several startups & SMBs in organic & inorganic growth, including fundraising using his extensive global experience to effectively manage and guide businesses through their go-to-market process, organization transformation and business development.
