About

Philippe Benoliel is a technology entrepreneur and business builder with over 30 years’ experience spanning enterprise software (ERP), telecommunications, martech, IT services, ecommerce and entertainment.

His entrepreneurial journey began with the creation and sale of one of South Africa’s first PC networking firms in 1991. He then joined ABS (South Africa) before moving to the UK as Head of Business Development for EMEA at Solution 6, and later to Australia as co-founder of Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) in 1998. At APS, Philippe led international business development and sales, driving the company to dominate the ERP market for time-based professionals across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Southeast Asia. APS listed publicly in 2000 as part of the Stockford Group, before Philippe and his co-founders took it private and ultimately sold it to Reckon (Intuit/QuickBooks) in 2006.

Relocating to the United States, Philippe spent 14 years building tech enabled business including Synthian (energy IoT), Planetwide/Dabble (SCM, ecommerce, martech) and 47B Street, a global commerce and brand growth advisory firm. Upon returning to Australia, Philippe joined publicly listed telecommunications provider FSG as COO, driving growth from $5 million to over $75 million in four years. He co-led multiple acquisitions, integrations and the divestment of a business unit during this period.

A founder and hands-on leader, Philippe blends deep business development expertise with relentless curiosity and a passion for innovation. He continues to explore emerging technologies, including building AI-driven applications and mentors early-stage founders through the Macquarie University Incubator.
