Premier - Maximis

Maximis is Texas Instruments's portfolio management and accounting system business. Corum Group advised Texas Instrument's on the sale of its Maximis Software Business Unit to Premier Solutions, a developer of asset management software and services.

The deal gives Premier an immediate presence in the insurance company marketplace--a market which it has not yet attempted to penetrate.
