About the transaction
Germany-based IQproducts is a leading systems integrator for enterprise storage and network securities. Corum Group advised IQproducts on its sale to Systematics AG, a provider of e-business solutions in what it calls "one-stop shopping" for the insurance, banking, media, commerce, and energy industries.
The acquisition will help Systematics AG to become a leading e-business solutions provider in Europe.
