Freedom Scientific - Henter-Joyce

Henter-Joyce is the world's leading company in providing screen-reader software technology to blind and visually impaired computer users. Corum Group advised Henter-Joyce on its merger with Freedom Scientific, a company formed to offer a wide range of assistive technology products for the visually-impaired, speech and hearing impaired, and learning-disabled. 

Simultaneously with the Henter-Joyce transaction, Blazie Engineering, the premier US manufacturer of hardware products for the blind, was also merged into Freedom Scientific.
