Convergion - Unicorp

Founded in 1999, Unicorp provides custom-designed information technology services, specializing in customer relationship management and call centers. Corum Group advised Unicorp on its sale to Convergion, an Atlanta-based telecommunications integration company.

Unicorp was attractive because of its CRM expertise and a valuable relationship with e-business application software provider Siebel Systems.
