Corum's Client Surpac Minex Acquired by GEMCOM

Gemcom Software International is a Toronto Stock Exchange publicly listed company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. The vendors received gross consideration, by way of pre-acquisition dividends, cash and Gemcom shares, of approximately CAD$28.4m.
