At a time when most firms are downsizing, Corum Group Ltd., the world leader in software and IT mergers and acquisitions, is moving to larger facilities in the Tech Center complex of North Creek, Bothell, Washington.

"After 25 yeras in Bellevue, it was time to move outside the urban congestion. The expansion will provide more support for offices and clients in 24 countries, plus additional staff to handle our expansion in Asia" state Bruce Milne, Corum Group founder.

Bothell is one of a half dozen adjacent cities East of Seattle that comprise the "eastside," which has been called the Silicon Valley of the North. This area has the highest per capital concentration of software and related tech employees in the world. Firms like Microsoft and Google have major campuses here, as well as hundreds of other leading technology companies. The northern hub of this tech concentration is North Creek in Bothell.

"It's fitting that we return to North Creek; 22 years ago, an organization I founded, the WTIA (former Washington Software Association), the leading regional tech association in the US, opened its' first permanent offices here -  that helped attract others to the area" said Milne.

Dave Lamont, President of CCD, a North Creek developer, said " In the late 80's, Bruce Milne was part of a trend that put the new North Creek on the map. We appreciate that he is returning to the area with the Corum Group and affiliate companies."

Corum will be hosting an open house Feb. 18 at 5 PM to the public. The address is 19805 North Creek Parkway, Suite 300, Bothell, Wa. - just off the 195th Exit on I-405.
