Apax Partners Makes Strategic Investment in Corum Client Plexus Systems
Bellevue Washington August 16, 2006 - Corum Group is pleased to announce the recent strategic investment in its client, Plexus Systems, by Apax Partners. Plexus Systems offers a broad suite of applications that automate business processes for discrete manufacturers. The company employs an on-demand, or Software as a Service (SaaS), delivery model that allows its single, standard code base to be accessed and shared by multiple customers via the Internet.
