November and December are months in which typically not too much is happening with regard to new clients: only very few requests for meetings, participation in beauty contests etc. Allows me relocating my office to Florida for 4 weeks during this time each year. The work on my current projects is possible from basically everywhere in the world where I got a phone and internet-access. Other this year: Lots of interest in starting an M&A process from software and IT services companies in my territory, i.e. the German language countries, Central and Eastern Europe. Meaning less time for golf and the beaches and more hours spent on conference calls, webex-presentations and discussions around potential buyers, processes and valuations. In a few days the weeks of extended summer in Naples are unfortunately over again - and a December with more scheduled meetings with prospective new clients than ever in front of me.
