Barcelona, Spain 30 Oct. 2013- In order to support the explosive growth in international tech M&A, Corum Group Intl. (CGI), announced today the promotion of Dougan Milne from Director of Research at their Seattle HQ to Vice President - International Business Development, based in Europe.

Dougan Milne stated, “It’s an important time in the tech M&A globally with record valuations and more international buyers than ever. Corum, the company my family founded 27 years ago, has become the world leader in the sale of privately held tech firms, but we no longer just operate in Silicon Valley, Seattle, NYC, and Boston – great technology is everywhere, EMEA and beyond. I look forward to helping serve that market. ”

Jon Scott, SVP Corum Group Intl. S.á.r.l. Mark Johnson, with Corum in Stockholm, said “Dougan will be a great help to our Nordic clients who are looking to partner. He has the respect of leading American tech buyers having headed the world’s largest Tech M&A research operation in software, internet, IT and related technology. But his heart is here in Europe, having started his M&A career here in Zurich, plus graduate studies in France.”
