We are increasingly turning to webinars as an efficient way to reach our audience of software executives. We have long relied on our all day Selling Up Selling Out live seminars on M&A, but not everyone can attend those.  Webinars also allow us to provide fresh content on timely matters that will attract attendees to multiple sessions.   We started with a quarterly M&A update covering industry trends, valuations and market sector activity, and have since expanded to include special one-hour sessions on M&A in specific vertical markets (Mobile, IT Services, etc) and other topics of interest such as Software as a Service  - SaaS. Weve also had success as guest speakers and panel members with other industry partners such as Softrax and Software CEO. Weve managed to attract some very healthy audiences, sometimes approaching 500 people.  Im still trying to understand why we only ever get about half of those who register to actually log on for these events. If anyone has any thoughts on how to improve that Id be interested in hearing from you.
