My Interop coverage is interrupted to bring you this note.  Las Vegas service workers will tell you that tech conference attendees arrive with "one white shirt and one twenty-dollar bill, and they don't change either the whole time they are here."  As a visitor, I have a different question:  Where is the healthy food?  I am sure the chefs of Las Vegas are proud of their unique ability to create a Caesar salad made entirely of sodium chloride and mayo, but if I eat another one I will shrivel up like a salted slug.  Maybe it is the extra oxygen they pump into the air, or enduring the slot machine cacophony in the twilight shadows of the casino, but I am starting to wonder why, for a change, we don't hold the conference in Hawaii?
