As Corums relatively new Conference Director, Ive already had the opportunity to help with planning and promotion for several Corum conferences across the country. I recently had my first chance to actually attend one in Seattle Selling Up, Selling Out, or SUSO as we call them for the sake of convenience.

It was a great experience. The audience included CEOs and executives of everything from well-established software companies to brand new startups, with a few members of the financial and legal portions of the Tech M&A community in attendance as well. The conference itself, led by Corum CEO Bruce Milne, was beyond comprehensive. And despite the sheer weight of the information Bruce was dishing out, his unparalleled experience in Tech M&A means that he is well equipped with anecdotesmany entertaining, some tragic, all helpfulto keep the presentation grounded in reality.

We hold these half-day Selling Up, Selling Out conferences, and the companion 90-minute Merge Briefing seminars, all over the world. Take a look at our events page to see when one is coming to a city near you. If youve ever even considered being involved in the sale of a software or related technology firm, then you owe it to yourself, and your company, to find out why more people have attended Corums conferences than all other tech M&A events combined.
