Worksoft, Inc., a leading provider of solutions that accelerate deployments of SAP applications, is acquiring Test Factory, a premier provider of load and stress testing capabilities for SAP solutions. The Test Factory solutions, rebranded as Worksoft solutions Certify Performance Test, and a companion solution, Certify Performance Tune, are available immediately. These solutions further optimize SAP application quality, help ensure business continuity, and minimize the cost and time for implementations, upgrades, and custom development. Integrity Interactive Corporation, a company that helps global corporations measure, manage, and mitigate the risk of headline-grabbing compliance failure, acquired Software Impressions, LLC, a privately-held software developer and online services provider that builds and maintains EthicsAdvantage ‘dashboards’ and ‘radar screens’ for managing compliance risks and mitigation programs (including hotline reporting, internal case management, compliance training, and many related initiatives). With the acquisition of Software Impressions, Integrity provides Board members, C-level executives, and in-house counsel with a window into all aspects of ethics & compliance risks and the myriad corporate programs deployed to combat them.

In-Touch Survey Systems acquires NCI Mobility
In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. (Canada) is acquiring NCI Mobility LLP. Both NCI and In-Touch provide mobile data capture and brand research programs to Fortune 5000 business-to-consumer companies in the United States. The acquisition aligns with In-Touch's strategy of leveraging its investment in the development of a comprehensive data collection, data management and reporting system for enterprise customers. In-Touch will add NCI's customer base, which includes companies such as Bacardi, General Motors, crocs, MillerCoors and British Petroleum to their own, and will realize immediate economies of scale from consolidating operations. RICOH to acquire IKON Office Solutions
Ricoh Company, Ltd (Japan) is acquiring IKON Office Solutions, Inc. RICOH is a global leader in imaging solutions that has brought to the market innovations such as digitalization, network solutions, and colorization. In the rapidly growing printing and document solution areas, RICOH's challenge has been to strengthen its channels for assessing customers' potential needs and making appropriate proposals based on a customer-driven approach. In the extremely competitive U.S. market, RICOH is committed to further strengthening its sales and support channels. As the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, IKON supplies and services a wide range of office equipment, such as MFPs (multi-function printers), fax machines and printers, in the U.S., Canada and the Western European markets. FortiusOne, a provider of next-generation mapping that bridges GIS analysis and the GeoWeb's ease of use, acquired Mapufacture, a provider of cutting edge, dynamic geospatial applications and open-source tools. Mapufacture has developed an industry leading open geospatial aggregation and collaborative mapping platform that promotes lightweight, usable web standards and personalized, user-generated content combined with complex geodata. Oracle buys Global Knowledge Software
Oracle announced that it has agreed to acquire Global Knowledge Software LLC (GKS), a division of Global Knowledge, Inc., a provider of self-service training automation software. GKS products improve end-user competency using enterprise applications through simulated transactional training and testing, as well as auto-generated step-by-step instructions. GKS products are complementary to Oracle Tutor, Oracle's role-based process documentation and training software. The combination of GKS products, Oracle Tutor, and Oracle's learning management software, iLearning and eLearning, is expected to provide customers a comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise solution for creating and deploying business process documentation, interactive system training, and just-in-time embedded support for all applications across their enterprise.
