
Miro Parizek joined Corum in 1998 and has since advised clients in twelve countries on
three continents. He was appointed Managing Director of Corum Group International Sárl at
the end of 2005 and is responsible for all of Corum Group’s non-US business.
He has advised publicly traded buyers and privately held sellers ranging in size from 50
to over 1000 employees in sectors as diverse as business performance management, compiler
software, document and content management, e-commerce, enterprise systems management, human
resources, storage area networks, supply chain management, vertical software and video editing.
Mr. Parizek has over 20 years experience in the software and IT industry and prior to Corum
had founded and run three software and IT related firms in the 80’s and 90’s, including a
leading software distributor, North American Software. He is a founding member of the German Software
Association (VSI), sinced merged with the German Multi-Media Association (dmmv) forming the German
Association for Digital Economy (BVDW), where he has served on its board for over a decade.
Mr. Parizek is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania ’s Management and Technology Dual
Degree Program with degrees in International Finance from the Wharton School and Computer Science
from the Moore School of Engineering.
