Lynda joined the Corum Group in 1992 and has held a number of related roles central to management, writing and market analysis in the software and technology space. Prior to her tenure with Corum, Lynda spent 8 years working with NCR’s Advanced Development organization in San Diego. With over 25 years experience in the software industry, 15 of them working directly in an M&A environment, Lynda has an intimate understanding of the software industry as a whole, especially as it relates to mergers and acquisitions. As Corum’s lead technical writer, Lynda has worked with over 450 software companies, positioning them for market exposure in the M&A process. Lynda is also a major contributor to Corum’s research reports.
