Further Strengthens Activision’s Online Multiplayer Development Capabilities

BELLEVUE, Wash., March 6, 2007 – Corum Group Ltd., the global leader in merger and acquisition services to software and information technology companies worldwide, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Demonware Ltd., an Ireland-based provider of network middleware technologies for console and PC, by Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI), a Calif.-based publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and leisure products.
