Corum's Client Surpac Minex Acquired by GEMCOM

Bellevue, Washington – July 27, 2006 – Corum Group is proud to announce the acquisition of its client, Surpac Minex Group by Gemcom Software International. Gemcom Software International is a Toronto Stock Exchange publicly listed company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. The vendors received gross consideration, by way of pre-acquisition dividends, cash and Gemcom shares, of approximately CAD$28.4m.
