Mario Vassaux has built a career on games. When it came time to sell his company, he emerged a clear winner. FormGen -- the maker of computer games like the popular Duke Nukem 3D -- was purchased by GT Interactive of New York.
The sale gave Mario the chance to pursue his love of fly fishing and to start his own company, an independent software publishing firm called ionos, Inc. Not surprisingly, the new company makes games for the Internet.
