Lynda joined Corum in 1992 and has held a number of roles central to management, writing and market analysis in the software and technology space. Prior to her tenure with Corum, Lynda spent eight years working with NCR’s Advanced Development organization in San Diego. With over 27 years experience in the software industry and 16 of them working directly in an M&A environment, Lynda has a broad perspective of the software industry and extensive experience relating that knowledge to mergers and acquisitions. As Corum’s lead technical writer, Lynda has worked with over 450 software companies, positioning them for market exposure in the M&A process. Lynda is also a major contributor to Corum’s research reports.
