Cookie attended UCLA, with a concentration in language, and Goldenwest College, with a concentration in accounting and finance.
She has over forty years experience in a broad range of accounting positions, ranging from Controller for JM Peters Co., a major residential developer in Newport Beach, California, to Assistant Accounting Manager for the Jack A. Benaroya Company, a Pacific Northwest commercial developer and property management company, prior to joining Corum.
Cookie has been with The Corum Group Ltd. since 1987, in charge of all accounting functions, from accounts payable and receivable, to payroll and financial reporting.
When she is not at Corum, she also works with several not for profit organizations, and is Treasurer for and a volunteer with Partnership for Youth Justice, a program of the King County Superior Court system.
