Corum negotiates sale of Zeacom

Congratulations to our client Zeacom, acquired today by Enghouse (TSE ESL.TO) in Toronto.  Zeacom’s management weathered the telephony storms of the last two decades while growing and staying ahead of the trends that are reshaping the industry.  Their story is a case study for any company that wants to build scale in a big, established market.  We were privileged to work with them and their investors, and wish them success in their next chapter.
