What's in your future?
Yesterday in San Diego I was the keynote speaker at the Software Business Conference, “Success Strategies for ISVs, Software and SaaS Companies.” I asked attendees to think about how they will eventually exit from the companies they’ve built. It’s doubtful they will have an IPO. They laughed when I suggested they pass on the business to their children. That leaves M&A as the best option. And what’s in your future? Start preparing now for that event.
